Processing Time

Processing time is the time it takes for your ordered product to be created or packaged. Our processing time is calculated in business days: 

  • 2-7 bus. days for apparel products (t-shirts, leggings, dresses, etc.) 
  • 2-5 bus. days for non-apparel products (posters, mugs, phone cases, etc.)

97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than 50% of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or fewer.

Please note: 

  • Processing time doesn't include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time. 
  • The processing averages you see in our catalog are calculated based on our processing data for each product within the time frame of 30 days.
  • Our processing averages don't account for the time an order might be put on hold or during holidays.
  • Processing for large orders may take longer than the 3-5 day average, but will still be fulfilled within 7 days. 

To determine approximate processing time on item(s) you have selected, check the availability near the photo. Our timelines might be extended during peak seasons and sales events.

Shipping Time

Shipping time is determined by the option you select at check-out and the distance of your shipping address is to available stock. This is for convenience and should not effect overnight and express delivery options

Please note: 

  • Orders are processed in the order they arrive and the shipping option selected does not alter the processing time. 
  • Shipments are processed on weekdays between the hours of 9-9 PST, orders taken on weekends might have longer processing time and will be processed as if received on the following Monday. The delivery times listed are not guaranteed but are our best approximation and can vary with specific requests.


Shipments are mailed to the shipping address that you provide at check-out.  Krabits cannot be held responsible if the incorrect address is provided.  If package is returned to Krabits for incorrect or insufficient address, we will contact you for correct address and re-ship.  The re-ship fee will be charged to your original form of payment.

When your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email containing the tracking number so you can watch the status all the way from our warehouse location to your mailbox.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must contact your local United States Postal Service Branch and address the issue directly with them. Krabits does not hold or accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.


If for any reason you are dissatisfied by the shipping arrival times, please contact for information on requesting a refund due to late delivery times. This is not a guarantee, but we will evaluate each product on a case by case basis.
